Wonderful new sketch challenge # 547 at Try Stampin' On Tuesday

The challenge is to use the sketch with an optional theme: Metallics

My design team inspiration card has been created for a very dear friend. She was a high school teacher and coach at a very important time when through Title IX girls were eligible to play in competitive sports.  She launched four programs for girls, was head coach, and was a "driving force for equity in sports."  She will be inducted into the school's athletic Hall of Fame.  

I used heat silver embossing, metallic water colors, gold shimmer spray through a stencil, matt gold card stock, and some tiny gold star embellishments.  The sentiment was cut from a Simon Says die and inlaid with the gold and mounted on a square of shimmery vellum.           Lots of shine!
