To create my background I ink smooshed Candied Apple, Twisted Citron, Peeled Paint and Rustic Wilderness Distress inks on some Bristol card. When it was dry, I stamped some dots in a sandy color and a screen background stamp in a darker shade, did some black ink and white paint splatter. When it was dry I stamped the leaves and then painted the outside edges and veins of the leaves with Rustic Wilderness. The sentiment was stamped in black pigment ink and clear heat embossed. Both leaves and sentiment are from Gina K Designs Botanical Leaves set. There are some beautiful projects HERE from the rest of the design team. I hope you will check it out and play along this week!
Thank you for visiting.
I love the colours you have used, reminds me of a watermelon, this works so well for the large leaf stamp.
