One layer card featuring circles is the challenge from Susan this week. I used a retired stamp for the sentiment and Adorning Corners (both Close To My Heart stamps) inked in Moonstruck.
The image didn't quite fit the card base, so I masked and extended it on both sides before cutting around the shape. Some sparkly crystals finished it off.
