Washi Birthday

Happy Birthday die from Elizabeth Craft Designs was cut twice from card stock, and then the top layer was clear embossed. I finally tried layering die cuts with Stick It sheets. Wow! It's so simple: just stick sheet to card stock, cut out, remove backing and you have perfect adhesive coverage. The washi tape is from my stash. A few Nuvo Jewel Drops. I just love how quickly this came together.  Such a versatile sketch at Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #246 by Michelle.  Check out the great Design Team cards on their blog.

  1. What a fun and CAS birthday card! You are right that sketch would be perfect for my underused collection of washi tape! I always forget to use the Stick It sheets, thanks for the reminder!

  4. Washi tape is such a terrific (and often under used) resource in our crafting supply! And Stick It sheets... I just ordered some and haven't had a chance to use mine yet - this sure reminds me to pull them out! Love the bright colours - so perfect for a birthday card. Thanks for joining us at Atlantic Hearts this week :)
