SS #705 Blueberries

Well, it's been a few weeks since I have been able to post...after a fall and sprains and breaks in BOTH hands.  This is my first attempt at crafting with splints.  It took all day. But it felt so wonderful to be back at it. I can't praise the Misti enough!! Stamping just wouldn't be possible without it right now.

This is my design team inspiration for Sketch Saturday #705.  I have rotated the sketch. Just before the accident I had ordered lots of new things, one of them this blueberry stamp set designed by Lesia Zgharda. I random stamped the various blueberry clusters and colored with Copics.

The sentiment is Gina K Designs, Bitty Botanicals Mini. Gingham from MFT. The 'wave' cut with MFT die, Snow Drifts.

Photographed on my backyard blueberry bush!

Can't wait for these to begin ripening. I have two very large bushes and it's a bumper crop this year.

Thank you for looking and I sure hope to see you link up at Sketch Saturday!  The challenge lasts for two weeks.

  2. A pretty design using these bright, fresh colours. Glad you have managed to start crafting again, try not to overdue it and set your self back but a little of what makes you happy does you good.
