This week Allsorts challenge #683 is Anything Goes with option of Flora/Fauna. There are two prizes offered for this week's challenge: a die and a floral stencil from Highlight Crafts.
My Design Team card features both Flora and Fauna. The card front was embossed with a stitched cover die plate from Simon Says Stamp, Detail Swirls. The center panel was ink blended with Gina K Designs inks and stencil, Lush Leaves. The butterflies, from Gina K Designs, Never Lose Hope Mini, were stamped and heat embossed in black, ink blended and fussy cut. The sentiment is from a preprinted reverse sentiment sheet.
I was excited to see a colorful butterfly on one of my hanging baskets yesterday, but wasn't quick enough to capture a photo.

ReplyDeleteAbsolutely beautiful, Dena! The leafy background is so perfect for the butterflies and love the sentiment in black! I too have finally seen a couple of colorful butterflies around here, seems later than in past years but it took a long time this year to finally warm up in spring.
