Happy Monday!

My DT card for Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge for this week was just fun. I wasn't sure it would work, and it's pretty rough, but it was a delightful experiment.  I water colored stripes of color with my Kuretake Gansai set. They are super intense and pigmented. Then inspired by a Gina K video, I did some doodling with a black pen and a white gel pen. I wasn't very patient, and got smudges on the white background, so I fussy cut out my design and adhered it to a plain white back panel.  The sentiment was heat embossed and popped up with foam tape.

My DT inspiration card uses an Innocent Pink (Gina K )card base, white panels embossed with a Sissix basket folder, cut outs using Peeking Bunny (Simon Says Stamp) die, sentiment from Gina K, and stenciling inside with Pretty Pink Posh Easter Background stencil. It's a simple gatefold.

at Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge!

I used some papers from my scrap stash, dies from Gina K, and stamps from a Simon Says Stamp set.  The Pear card stock also from my CTMH stash.  A very quick card with just a little heat embossing.

New challenge at Try A Sketch On Tuesday!

I went whimsical and a bit silly with my card today :-)

TSOT's sister challenge Double Trouble has a twist option on their recent challenge "include a pig"  So I went for it.

Masked off the edges of the card and stenciled clouds, covered that with Gina K Sunburst cover die, constructed a little barn, and the rest is from an older MFT set, The Whole Herd. I have loved this set, and sorry to say it doesn't seem to be available anywhere now.
