My oldest son has lived in Japan for over 15 years now, and I have been fortunate to have travelled there five times and stay for extended periods. In 2024 I went twice and stayed over a month each time! So many beautiful places to visit and people to meet. It is also a fun place to shop - my favorite being stationary. My collection of beautiful Japanese paper is extensive!
This sweet paper doll die set is one I've had for over ten years - the packaging says Frantic Stamper Inc. - and I love creating pretty yukata from the papers.
The new challenge at Try A Sketch On Tuesday is a wonderful design that was perfect for showcasing my paper and creating a thank you note.

Beautiful card, Dena! These sweet paper dolls are lovely and you have created such pretty yukata(s). Beautiful background paper, too. (I have traveled to Asia as well and love the art in every form. I have thought Kyoto may be my next trip!)
