Giving Thanks

A second post for me today.  This card was one we made Thursday at my P.E.O. meeting. The ladies, most first time stampers, had a lot of fun getting inky with this Papertrey stamp.  It was inked with Hero Arts Ombre ink.  The dark circle was cut with Simon Says stitched circle die, and popped with foam tape.  The wheat was stamped with CTMH Golden Ember ink, and cut with the coordinating Papertrey die.  The leaves are Lawn Fawn Small Stitched Leaves dies cut from various fall shades of card stock. Fern and crimped Dessert Sand card stock strips were wrapped with twine, placed behind the sentiment.

I am linking this card to two fun challenge blogs:
The Paper Players #320                                  and     TIME OUT #69 Give Thanks theme

  1. Beautiful! I love the stitched leaves. Thanks for joining us at The Paper Players!

  3. Well, your sentiment couldn't be more perfect for our challenge!! Love the colours you used and the string with the stitched leaves is such a wonderful embellishment. So glad you joined us at TIME OUT!
